Included as standard

What Every Procurement Includes

Whatever we are buying for you, this is included. Not as extras on a quote, but as how the job is done:

  • Working out exactly what you need, before anyone is approached
  • Finding suppliers from our verified network
  • KYC and KYB checks on every one of them
  • Price benchmarked across at least three suppliers
  • Contract drafting and Letter of Credit support
  • Independent inspection before anything ships
  • Freight, customs clearance and the rest of the logistics
  • The full compliance document pack, handed to you
  • A written report once it lands

Scope

What Is Covered as Standard

Working out what you need

Specification, quality standards, volume, packaging, delivery terms and certification, all written down before we contact anyone. It is far cheaper to be precise here than to argue later.

Checking the supplier

KYC and KYB verification, sanctions screening, export licences and whatever the commodity specifically demands. Anyone who fails is out before they reach your contract.

Benchmarking the price

At least three qualified suppliers compared, with the workings shown to you before we negotiate. We hold no interest in which supplier wins, so nothing is pulling the recommendation sideways.

Contracts and letters of credit

Letter of Credit structuring, Incoterms, quality tolerances and what happens if a cargo falls short. The clauses nobody reads are the ones that matter when something goes wrong.

Inspection before it ships

An independent agency checks quantity, quality and packaging at origin, before the cargo is released. Finding a problem there is inconvenient. Finding it on arrival is expensive.

The paperwork

Certificates of origin, compliance certificates, inspection reports and delivery confirmation. All of it yours when the job closes, so your audit file is already built.
