Who We Serve · Institutional

Procurement Management for Institutional Clients

Manufacturers, refiners, construction contractors, wholesalers, distributors and government-linked procurement teams. Buying at scale, under compliance pressure, wanting one party accountable for the whole thing.

The operational problem

Where Institutional Procurement Breaks Down

These are the five failure modes we are most often brought in to close. Each is structural rather than a matter of supplier quality.

Multiple supplier relationships, no independent verification

Procurement teams carrying twenty or more active supplier relationships rarely have capacity to verify each to the same standard. Verification quality drifts toward whichever supplier is most familiar, not whichever is most compliant.

Compliance exposure from non-verified supply chains

Under EUDR, the timber regulations and OECD guidance the obligation sits with the importer. A supplier declaration is not a defence, and the exposure surfaces at audit or at the border rather than at the point of purchase.

Price opacity from intermediaries earning on both sides

An intermediary acting for the supplier has no incentive to benchmark. You see one price and no workings, and no way to tell a negotiated rate from a marked-up one.

Documentation gaps creating import delays and legal exposure

A missing phytosanitary certificate, or an establishment approval that lapsed between contracting and shipment, holds the cargo at the border. Demurrage accrues daily while the paperwork is reconstructed.

No single point of accountability across the cycle

When sourcing, inspection, freight and customs sit with four different parties, a failure at any handover becomes a dispute about whose fault it was. You carry the cost while they work it out.

Engagement

How the Engagement Works

We act for you and for nobody else. You approve the decisions that matter and we carry the load.

Step 01 / 04

Procurement brief

You define commodity, specification, volume, destination, timeline and compliance requirements. We confirm feasibility within one business day.

Step 02 / 04

Sourcing and screening

We shortlist from the verified network and run full KYC and KYB screening. Non-compliant suppliers are excluded before they enter the transaction.

Step 03 / 04

Benchmark and contract

Minimum three-supplier benchmark with methodology disclosed. We negotiate and structure the contract, Letter of Credit and Incoterms on your behalf.

Step 04 / 04

Execute and report

Independent pre-shipment inspection, freight and customs coordination, delivery monitoring, and a post-delivery performance report on completion.
