Engagement process

How It Works

Seven stages from your first message to the goods landing. You keep the decisions. We carry the work.

You sign off the things that matter: the supplier, the price, the contract. Everything in between is ours to run, and you should not have to chase us for it.

Seven stages

The Procurement Process

Every stage puts something in your hands. A feasibility answer, a screening record, a pricing comparison, a contract pack, an inspection certificate and a closing report.

Step 01 / 07

Requirement Analysis

You send us a brief covering the specification, required volume, quality standards, delivery timeline, compliance requirements, and budget parameters. Logridge reviews the brief, confirms feasibility, and outlines the proposed approach within one business day.

Step 02 / 07

Supplier Identification & Sourcing

Logridge identifies qualified suppliers from our verified network of 500+ suppliers across 40+ countries. Suppliers are shortlisted based on their ability to meet your specification, compliance requirements, and delivery terms.

Step 03 / 07

KYC & KYB Compliance Verification

Every shortlisted supplier undergoes full Know Your Customer and Know Your Business screening: legal standing verification, export licence confirmation, beneficial ownership identification, sanctions screening, and commodity-specific compliance checks. Non-compliant suppliers are excluded.

Step 04 / 07

Price Benchmarking & Negotiation

Logridge benchmarks pricing across a minimum of three qualified suppliers. You get a pricing report showing market comparisons and the recommended supplier. Negotiation is conducted on your behalf.

Step 05 / 07

Contract Structuring & Documentation

Logridge manages the full contractual process: Letter of Credit structuring, Incoterms selection, quality and quantity tolerance clauses, compliance documentation requirements, and dispute resolution provisions. You see the whole package before you commit to anything.

Step 06 / 07

Logistics Coordination & Pre-Shipment Inspection

Logridge coordinates freight booking, inland transport, port handling, and customs clearance. Independent pre-shipment inspection is arranged at origin covering quantity, quality, and packaging compliance before the shipment is released.

Step 07 / 07

Delivery Monitoring & Post-Delivery Reporting

Logridge monitors the shipment from origin to destination. Freight tracking, customs clearance updates, and delivery confirmation are provided to you in real time. A full post-delivery performance report is issued on completion.
