Standards
Compliance & Standards
These are the rules we work to on every job. Not a menu, and not something we add on when a client asks.
These govern how we work across all three verticals. Each one applies to every job it touches, and the paperwork it produces goes to you as part of the record.
Framework 01
Know Your Customer & Know Your Business
Every supplier engaged by Logridge undergoes full KYC and KYB verification before any transaction proceeds. This includes legal entity verification, beneficial ownership identification, export licence confirmation, sanctions and PEP screening, and operational capability assessment. Suppliers who fail any stage of this process are excluded.
Framework 02
EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR)
The EUDR requires that soy, palm oil, cattle, cocoa, coffee, timber, rubber, and derived products entering the EU market are not associated with deforestation or forest degradation after 31 December 2020. Logridge applies full EUDR due diligence to all relevant procurements: geolocation data, supplier declarations, chain of custody documentation, and risk assessment reports provided as standard.
Framework 03
LBMA Responsible Gold Guidance
Logridge accesses the LBMA-accredited refinery network for all gold and silver procurement. The LBMA Responsible Gold Guidance requires refineries to maintain robust AML controls, conflict-free sourcing policies, and chain of custody documentation. All precious metal transactions are routed through LBMA-compliant supply chains.
Framework 04
OECD Due Diligence Guidance
Logridge follows the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas for all precious and base metals procurement. This includes supply chain mapping, risk identification, risk mitigation planning, and annual disclosure. Conflict-free verification documentation is provided to buyers on every metals transaction.
Framework 05
FLEGT Licensing Framework
The Forest Law Enforcement, Governance and Trade (FLEGT) licensing scheme ensures timber and timber products entering the EU come from legally verified sources. Logridge applies FLEGT licensing requirements to all timber and wood product procurements. FLEGT licences and equivalent documentation are provided as part of the standard documentation package.
Framework 06
Anti-Money Laundering Protocols
Logridge applies anti-money laundering checks to every transaction in compliance with UK and EU AML regulations. This includes source of funds verification, transaction monitoring, suspicious activity reporting obligations, and record-keeping requirements. Buyers receive confirmation of AML compliance as part of the transaction record.
Framework 07
Veterinary & Phytosanitary Standards
All agricultural procurement complies with UK and EU phytosanitary import requirements. Phytosanitary certificates issued by the national plant protection organisation of the country of origin are provided on all plant-based commodity shipments. Livestock and meat product procurement includes full veterinary health certification meeting UK and EU import standards.
Framework 08
TRACES NT
TRACES NT (Trade Control and Expert System New Technology) is the EU's online management tool for all sanitary requirements on trade and importation of animals and animal products. Logridge manages all TRACES NT documentation requirements for livestock and animal product procurements into the EU as standard.
