Requirement Analysis & Supplier Sourcing

Before any supplier is approached, Logridge works with the buyer to define the full procurement requirement; commodity specifications, quality standards, volume, delivery terms, and compliance parameters. We then identify and approach verified suppliers from our network of 40+ countries who can meet those requirements precisely.

Compliance Verification & Due Diligence

Every supplier undergoes KYC and KYB screening before engagement. We verify legal standing, export licensing, sanctions screening, and commodity-specific compliance requirements including EUDR, OECD Due Diligence, and LBMA standards where applicable. Non-compliant suppliers are excluded before they enter the transaction.

Price Benchmarking & Negotiation

We benchmark pricing across a minimum of three qualified suppliers before entering negotiation. Buyers receive a transparent view of market pricing, the benchmarking methodology, and the rationale behind the agreed contract price. All pricing is provided without undisclosed margins or supplier-side income.

Contract Structuring & Documentation

We manage the full contractual and documentary process from offer through to signed agreement. This includes Letter of Credit structuring, Incoterms selection, quality and quantity tolerance clauses, compliance documentation requirements, and dispute resolution provisions. Buyers receive a complete contract package before any funds are committed.

Logistics & Coordination

We design a logistics process around the buyer's delivery requirements; optimising freight routing, container utilisation, port selection, and customs clearance to reduce cost and transit time. We coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents on the buyer's behalf throughout the shipment.

Delivery Monitoring & Post-Delivery Reporting

Once a shipment is in transit, Logridge monitors progress from origin to destination. Independent pre-shipment inspection is coordinated at origin. Freight tracking, customs clearance updates, and delivery confirmation are provided to the buyer in real time. A full post-delivery performance report is issued on completion of every transaction.
